Call them chemtrails, call them contrails ...

Whether you believe that the trails are caused solely by
'business-as-usual' engine emissions from jet aircraft, intentional
greenhouse mitigation, or other operations, there can be no argument
that our skies are filled with chemically induced blankets of toxic
artificial cloud cover that is effectively dimming our planet and
damaging the atmosphere. Read

Petroleum Project Management, What Makes it a Worthwhile Occupation?
When an employee with the right credentials is assigned the role of project management, regardless of what product they are producing or manufacturing in that particular business, the role of project manager mostly involves the process planning, monitoring, organizing, and motivating the people that are supposed to work under your leadership. The role of product management is not an easy one as there are specific goals that needs to be reached, or target production volume that needs to be finished. An ideal project manager is someone who can persuade his group to be enthusiastic about work.
Project management can easily be said as an early stage or preparation in being a leader who leads the people that work for him. This is why it is essential for any project manager to possess leadership skills as this will play a very important part in achieving success in any type of work or task assigned to them. The leadership quality should be inherent to the person and this will be the one that will help them in persuading others in working together for a common goal.
Production businesses and facilities are not always on the large scale that occupies large business areas and floor rooms in commercial building structures. In addition to this, there are many different type of production work that requires the watchful monitoring capability of a supervisor team leader. Since even similar product types will have a different approach over a certain task, job, or arrangement, putting emphasis on the result that matters with the project is what’s important. In Oil and Gas Project Management, certain teams may be assigned to create better enhancements so that time does not easily pass without doing anything that is relevant.
These days, the oil and gas industry faces daunting challenges as there are many technological enhancements and refinements that may have been created they need to know and understand. The problem mostly is if they are not located similarly under one roof. When it comes to managing oil and gas projects, both budget and timeline are very crucial. If a project manager is given free reign, as long as he has leadership skills and he is able to convince his team to work coherently together towards a same goal, even the challenges of large projects will be doable under this situation.
Petroleum project management is now a course that you can take to prepare you towards the possibility of being awarded this position. Knowing and understanding the job description much early on prior to even taking the job will most likely create a successful petroleum operator and manager in you. As long as you have leadership, people skills, and overall knowledge in petroleum, project management principles, and in what is needed to be done, then you will most likely be able to achieve success in almost any task or project your employer may assign to you. Through oil and gas project management courses provided by select schools, you will be able to get a grasp as to what this profession is all about and how you can possibly make things better for yourself should you decide to take it.

Chemtrails, contrails, distrails ... what's going on in our skies?
Governments, environmental and news agencies meet queries and reports with silence, buck-passing, and/or stock replies. Legitimate petitions to government have proved fruitless. The mainstream media is noticeably absent. As a result, speculation as to the nature of these effluent events is rampant.
It is the goal of Toronto's Air Apparent to raise public awareness and garner enough media attention, in order to exert significant pressure on the "powers that be" to evoke an honest response. It would seem however, that honesty and power is a prickly combination and, rather like clear blues skies, in short supply these days.

Can we hold the perpetrators of environmental attacks and atrocities legally accountable? This article seeks to explain why no individual has been convicted and how, in the future, individual accountability can be attained through prosecuting attacks on the environment as acts conducted to achieve a further humanitarian atrocity. "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations.
It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important." -- Then U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen. April 1997 counterterrorism conference sponsored by Senator Sam Nunn.

"The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab / rocket combination to deliver a very large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening.
The project is likely to be "sold" to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or , for the more gullible, a devise for repairing the ozone layer." -- Dr. Rosalie Bertell, PhD, GNSH
